1. Order Processing Time & Shipping Fee

Every Masrjkie® order is carefully prepared to ensure your artificial plants arrive in perfect condition.

  • Standard processing: 2–4 business days

  • Peak periods (sales/holidays): up to 5 business days

Shipping Fee:

  • Flat shipping fee: $2.99 per order

  • No hidden handling or packaging charges


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Masrjkie® ships through a global fulfillment network. Delivery times vary by destination:

Canada / UK / Australia 11–16 business days
Rest of the World 15–20 business days

Please note: These delivery times are estimates. Customs processing and carrier delays may occasionally affect shipping speed.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking Information:

  • Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update after shipment

  • International tracking updates may not appear daily — this is normal

Your order is safely moving through the logistics network toward your home.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Masrjkie® is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

To ensure fast processing, orders begin fulfillment shortly after placement.

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase

  • Once processing begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled

6. Lost or Damaged Orders

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement.

Lost Packages:

If the carrier confirms your package is lost in transit, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
